The Forum Club of the Palm Beaches is a non-profit, non-partisan political and public affairs organization incorporated in 1976 under the laws of Florida. The club’s sole purpose is to inform and educate the community’s business, political and social interests and to promote more active participation by all citizens in the democratic process.

Forum-style meetings set the stage for prominent and knowledgeable speakers on state, national and international matters. The club customarily meets once a month for a luncheon, however, some months the club may present more than one program. During the summer months of July and August, programs are generally not scheduled.

A 23-member Board of Directors, comprising a cross-section of Palm Beach County’s top-level executive, professional and civic leaders, considers new members twice annually: March and June. Applicants need two members as sponsors.

Initiation for a new member is $175 and annual dues are $175. Membership applications are available online. The club maintains a waiting list of applicants who are placed on the mailing list and are eligible to attend any of the meetings at the guest rate. For more information, call Executive Director Gayle Pallesen at (561) 304-0570 or email her .
